New to CrossFit and Want to Give It a Try?

OnRamp is our 1-month introductory program for CrossFit beginners.

OnRamp teaches you everything you need to know to safely and confidently join our CrossFit classes. We have new members participate in OnRamp instead of jumping straight into classes for 3 reasons:

  1. We want you to learn proper, safe movements the right way the first time, so you don’t have to unlearn bad habits later.

  2. If you jump into classes without an introduction to CrossFit first, your experience will be frustrating at best and unsafe at worst.

  3. We want you to have a chance to meet others just getting started as well as us, your coaches.

OnRamp is free for the first 2 weeks.

We want you to be sure this CrossFit thing is for you before you invest, so we’ll let you try it out for the first 2 weeks at not cost to you. All you need to do is show up on time and participate.

If you’re convinced that CrossFit and Town are right for you, we’ll gladly sign you up after class on Friday of your second week.

A lot of fitness facilities try to take your money as quickly as possible, but we want you to be confident that Town is the right fit for you first. Plus, for your first few classes, we need your focus to be on the workout, not your wallet.

OnRamp is 4 weeks long, 3 times a week.

OnRamp starts on the first Tuesday of every month and continues weekly every Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday until the end of the month. You’ll participate in 12 sessions total, giving you a solid foundation for the rest of your fitness path with us.
